Mr. Fu Xiaowei is a founder of YYForce Inc. since December 2010 and has more than 12 years of experience in casual labor manpower management and business strategic planning. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and an Executive Director of our Company where he manages overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. He was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 by the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Rotary Club of Singapore. Mr. Fu graduated with a Diploma in Industrial & Operations Management in 2009 from Republic Polytechnic.

Ms. Zhang Fan is a co-founder of YYForce Inc. since December 2010. She is currently the Business Development Director and an Executive Director of our Company where she is principally involved in the business development and corporate communications functions of the Group. She was previously the Administrative Director of Bank of Communications. Zhang Fan holds a bachelor’s degree of Advertising from the Beijing Geely University.

Mr. Phua Zhi Yong is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Company and has worked for our Group since July 2019. He is primarily responsible for the overall accounting and financial management, project management, strategic planning and internal control of our Group. He has over 12 years of experience in project management in the industries of property, oil and gas, information technology (IT), manpower outsourcing, and cleaning. From June 2017 to July 2019, Mr. Phua worked in NCS Pte. Ltd. as Finance Manager and he was primarily responsible for the company’s financial reporting, forecast and budget, strategic planning, and internal control. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore. Mr. Phua graduated with an Honors Degree in Banking and Finance in 2011 from the University of London.

Ms. Xu Lin Pu is the Chief HR Officer of YYForce Inc. and has worked for our Group since November 2015. She is principally involved in managing the full spectrum of HR functions for the Group. She has 7 years and 8 years of experience respectively in the hospitality management industry and manpower outsourcing and cleaning industries. Ms. Xu is a member of Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI). She graduated with a Diploma of Hospitality Management in 2008 from Box Hill Institute (Australia).

As Chief Strategic Officer, Andrew leads YYForce’s corporate strategy, operational scaling and international expansion, alongside investor and market engagement.

With more than 20 years of senior leadership and consulting experience across the UK, APAC, EMEA and US markets, he brings extensive experience in strategic planning, business development and complex cross-functional delivery. Andrew previously served as Director and Head of Transformational Delivery (APAC) at Lancia Consult, where he helped extend the firm’s regional footprint and maintain a healthy, high-performing portfolio. His career also includes senior consulting roles at Slalom and BCS Consulting, delivering digital, regulatory and business programmes for organisations including HSBC, BP and Morgan Stanley.

Andrew brings a commercially focused, international perspective to YYForce’s next phase of growth.

Bringing years of hands-on experience in the security industry, he has a strong understanding of the operational and security challenges faced by businesses in Singapore. He takes a practical and grounded approach to security, focusing on reliability, accountability, and deploying the right people for the right roles rather than relying on overly complex solutions. Working closely with both clients and operations teams, he is committed to delivering responsive, dependable, and high-quality security services built on professionalism, trust, and operational effectiveness.

Ivan Teo is the Director and Co-Founder of MediaPlus Digital, a Singapore-based digital agency with over 12 years of expertise in web development and digital marketing. Under Ivan’s leadership, the company delivers comprehensive solutions including web design, development, SEM, SEO, and paid advertising solutions. MediaPlus Digital operates with strategic bi-national presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China, featuring specialized teams in sales, client servicing, creative design, content creation, web development, and project management. Ivan's vision has positioned the agency as a trusted digital transformation partner for clients across diverse industries.

Terry OH, IT Director at YYForce Inc., oversees product development and IT operations across multiple regions and entities. With over 15 years of experience and a Master’s in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore, he leads strategic technology initiatives that drive efficiency and business growth. Terry has managed multi-million dollar portfolios, delivering enterprise-scale solutions for top financial institutions and public sector clients. His expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI supports YYForce Inc.’s scalability and long-term value creation.

Ken Teng is the Co-Founder and Director of YY Circle and Hong Ye Maintenance Malaysia. With a background in IT and business consulting, Ken brings over a decade of experience spanning the F&B, healthcare, industrial, and workforce technology sectors. He previously led IT operations at Din Tai Fung Restaurant Group and served as a business consultant for Heng Hup Holdings and Sungai Long Specialist Hospital. Armed with an MBA from SEGi University and a degree in IT management from Olympia College, Ken is now focused on transforming workforce management and building a global work marketplace through digital innovation.

With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, having held General Manager roles in both HKEx and NYSE-listed companies. He has successfully led teams of over 5,000 people and played a key role as Chief Operating Officer at a startup that secured Series B+ funding at a valuation of RMB 1 billion. Anthony has deep expertise in online platforms, real estate markets, and a broad range of business models including O2O, B2B, and B2C.

With over 15 years of experience in Thailand's real estate industry, spanning finance, research, and executive leadership, Jirapat Haetanurak is committed to driving YY Circle Thailand towards the Group’s corporate goals. By leveraging strategic partnerships and applying effective growth strategies, Jirapat aims to contribute to the company’s long-term, sustainable success of the company.

Dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources leader with 17 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in streamlining operations and enhancing HR performance across large, branded hotels and resorts. Demonstrated expertise in pre-opening projects throughout Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the UAE. Skilled in identifying operational and organizational inefficiencies through comprehensive employee and business performance analysis. Proven ability to align HR strategies with corporate objectives, fostering high-performance cultures. Adept at building strong, collaborative relationships with team members, business leaders, guests, and key stakeholders to drive organizational success.

Kostian Skourtis is a dynamic hospitality strategist and Country Director at YY Circle Netherlands, driving transformative workforce solutions across 
the Dutch market. A seasoned professional, he brings over a decade of leadership across luxury brands including Soho House, The Hoxton, Accor, 
Hyatt, and Hilton. Renowned for his expertise in pre-opening execution, talent development, and business model innovation, Kostian merges 
service excellence with strategic workforce transformation. He holds a BSc in International Business & Finance from New York University, a 
postgraduate in Hospitality Management from Cornell, and Business Model Innovation from TU Delft, Netherlands.

Kaylene Tok is the Country Director at YY Circle Korea, with over 4 years of professional experience. She plays a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s mission to innovate the recruitment industry. Passionate about growth and continuous improvement, Kaylene thrives on learning through new challenges that foster both personal and professional development. Known for her adaptability, strong leadership, and people-first approach, she is eager to expand her capabilities, elevate performance, and contribute meaningfully to any team or organization.

Adept at leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and deploying innovative technologies to boost productivity and drive business outcomes. Mr. Chan Yong Xian is an experienced professional with a long work history in the field of accounting and auditing. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong expertise in implementing business controls, streamlining processes, and providing valuable advisory guidance to management. Mr. Chan’s extensive audit experience includes positions as Senior Audit Manager at BDO LLP from January 2018 to December 2020 and at Ang & Co PAC from August 2021 to March 2023, and a Senior promoted to Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP from December 2013 to January 2018, where he audited listed companies in compliance with various accounting standards and was involved in IPO projects. His leadership skills were evident in managing audit engagements, contributing to revenue growth, and coaching audit teams. Mr. Chan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Australian National University (2008) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (2006). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from CPA Australia. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in SOX testing and implementation throughout his 13 years of audit experience, working with prominent clients.

Mr. Lim Kai Ching is a seasoned finance professional with a long career spanning corporate finance, private equity, hedge fund operations, audit, and investor relations. He has demonstrated strong expertise in financial management, risk controls, and corporate governance, with leadership roles across both listed companies and investment institutions. Mr. Lim’s experience includes his current role as Executive Director of Uni-Asia Group Limited, a company listed on the SGX Mainboard, where he was previously Group Chief Financial Officer from June 2011 to February 2025. During his tenure, he oversaw finance, SGX compliance, investor relations, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.

His earlier career includes roles as Client Relationship Manager at State Street Global Services from February 2009 to May 2011, Financial Controller at Haikui Pte Ltd from April 2008 to January 2009, and Vice President at Uni-Asia Capital (Singapore) Limited from 2007 to 2008, where he managed shipping fund operations and SGX listing matters. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Lim was a Manager at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), leading accounting teams for private equity and hedge fund subsidiaries and implementing corporate governance frameworks. He began his career at Price Waterhouse Singapore as an Audit Assistant from 1997 to 1999, serving multinational and listed companies across various industries.

Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University (1997). He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) with an ISCA Sustainability Certification, and an Accredited Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
 

Mr. Ngoh York Chao Nicholas is a Singapore-qualified lawyer by training and board-accredited director with over 15 years of experience in litigation, regulatory enforcement, and corporate governance. His expertise spans financial crime prosecution, corporate advisory, risk management, and sustainability, and he has advised SGX-listed companies and boards on governance, compliance, and strategy.

Since 2019, Mr. Ngoh has served as an Independent Director of Sakae Holdings Ltd., where he is Chairman of the Nominating Committee, and a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. From 2018 to 2023, he was Principal Legal Counsel and Director at the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), overseeing corporate and legal affairs, data protection, and regulatory initiatives while representing SMF on national committees including the National Environment Agency’s Waste Management Sectoral Tripartite Committee and the Workplace Safety & Health Council’s Engagement & Outreach Committee.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ngoh held senior regulatory and enforcement roles. He was Assistant Director at the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) from 2014 to 2018, where he revised AML/CFT regulations, led enforcement actions, and prosecuted landmark fraud cases. From 2008 to 2014, he served as Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel with the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) and Senior Prosecuting Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), specialising in financial crime, corruption, and workplace safety prosecutions, while mentoring investigators and junior prosecutors.

Mr. Ngoh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons.) from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2016. He is a Senior Accredited Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors and a Certified Personal Data Protection Practitioner.
